"The Negotiation Experts carried out a one day training course for USC Europe on 6th/7th October 2004. The attendees came from the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

The purpose of this training was to empower a fairly experienced but rigid sales force to recognise that there was the possibility of achieving very high price increases with their customers through using the right negotiation tactics.

I was impressed with the amount of time spent by The Negotiation Experts representatives in trying to understand the commercial situation faced by USC Europe. They ensured they had a very strong understanding of both our business and the environment in which we work before developing the training intervention.

This in turn allowed them to develop a highly focused and powerful course (with special emphasis on a practical and aerosol can related case study to bring together all the elements they had covered) which was found to be a good learning experience even for the most experienced of our sales teams.

Given the limited time we made available to them I believe that the outcomes they achieved were of a very high standard and would have no hesitation in using their services again."
