Course Overview
Oxford claim that their 5 day programme covers the major skills required to build successful agreements: gathering the right information; deciding rationally about goals and strategies; communicating persuasively; developing creative and innovative solutions; and implementing sustainable agreements. The course also includes a section on "ethics".
A range of different trainers deliver this course using interactive lectures and discussions, case-studies, role-play, and informal seminars. The Oxford "Programme on Negotiation" is a five-day residential course at the University of Oxford, with accommodation being provided at one of Oxford's hotels.
