IN-HOUSE TRAINING

TNE adopts a highly flexible approach when designing the optimal corporate solution in order to meet each client's varying needs and objectives. To this end, we deploy a series of internal tools to assist the Client Sponsor in identifying the team's exact challenges and requirements.

The in-house solution exists in two versions:

  • Customised, strategic sales/negotiation training for the global corporate
  • Generic or customised sales/negotiation training for the small to medium enterprise

Both options are focused on designing and delivering the optimal solution based on the client's specific challenges and objectives.

Our training and consulting approach is based on our award winning Value Creation! framework, deploying proven tools that both support and enhance the learning environment. We believe a predominantly practical platform significantly enhances the learning experience, therefore delegates are engaged in role play and case study simulations which enable hands-on skills development.

The Negotiation Experts advocates principle-centred, collaborative negotiation skills training, ensuring that all critical elements of the negotiation cycle are managed effectively.

A key component of the in-house solution is the customised case study which is developed in conjunction with the client sponsor. The solution incorporates the team's most challenging sales and negotiation issues which ensures maximum impact during the training intervention.

Applying a phased approach to all in-house engagements, a primary outcome of our training solution is the individual Personal Development Plan. Clients utilise this proven tool to ensure ongoing sales and negotiation skills development in accordance with their specific vocational environments.
